Art & Yoga Workshops

 

Join  Registered Yoga Teacher  Dee Marshall and Professor Emerita & Artist Susan Loonsk for any or all  Art & Yoga Workshops. 

Each workshops will explore  one of the Seven Chakras, the major energy centers in the body.  Each workshop will include yoga postures, mudras, color and aromatherapy to balance the chakra energies. Participants will also create an art project to take home. No yoga or art experience necessary- all levels invited . All Supplies provided.
